Payment Instructions

For each item you would like to purchase, select the correct amount or description from the drop down menu on that page and then click "add to cart". After that, you will need to click checkout. You can checkout with paypal or click "don't have a paypal account" (even if you do) to pay via credit/debit card..

• Prices include shipping/delivery. (unless noted in product description)
• 6% sales tax will be added to your total purchase at checkout.
